Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: San Antonio Corporate Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $16/hour, paid weekly

We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping others. If you’re fluent in Spanish and enjoy solving problems, keeping things organized, and working as part of a team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our customer service team, you will:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints

  • Process and input customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Check product availability and coordinate last-minute shipping with transportation and operations

  • Track and trace orders as needed

  • Ensure accurate invoicing and resolve any discrepancies

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing issues related to work orders, inventory, shipments, and invoices

  • Act as a liaison between warehouse, office, and customer accounts

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and operate office equipment

  • Step in as backup during Account Manager absences

  • Perform other clerical and support duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required

  • Previous customer service experience — preferred

  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and Excel

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

  • A team player with a friendly, professional demeanor and a self-motivated attitude
