A letter to our customers from our CEO, Kevin Johnson regarding the COVID-19 pandemic

Dear Valued Customer,

We have experienced rapid and drastic changes over the past few weeks. The spread of COVID-19 across the globe is certainly unlike anything we’ve ever seen. While you may be uncertain of what is to come, know we can get through this together. Our continued partnership will be the solution to overcoming the challenges we may see ahead. The health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and vendors, along with working around the clock to give you simply, the best quality and service during these uncharted times, are what leads us. I, along with the rest of the Johnson Bros. team, are dedicated to these objectives and our lead executive team is meeting daily to plan and fine-tune our procedures during such uncertain times.

The mission and values that serve as the foundation of our business are what keep us motivated to make sure you, our customer, are in great hands as we work together to find the resolutions we need right now. At Johnson Bros., safety is one of our top priorities, and as a result, we have made the decision to temporarily restrict access to our facilities and have made some temporary changes to our policies. We have also put enhanced sanitation practices at all of our facilities, including procedures for our drivers. We have asked non-essential team members to work from home and practice social distancing. In our facilities, we are continuing to educate our employees about safe health practices, such as frequent hand washing and staying home if sick.

Going forward, you can expect the same quality and service we have always delivered. While, we are beginning to see demand changes and anticipate these changes will continue in the near future, our top priority is to service all of your needs. Our team is working on alternative solutions to combat these changes. On our social media platforms, you will see we are sharing your posts regarding revised hours, menus, gift cards and more. We have also put together resources for you on our website that can aid you during these difficult times. We are always looking for ways to best serve our customers’ changing needs more effectively. We have, and will remain, dedicated to your success.

I take pride in having started this company with family in mind and that still holds true 25 years later. Our company’s core values lie in having heart, being committed and never settling. Our passion continues to be focused on bringing the community together through food.
